Spielbeschreibung:
Im von Kojima Productions produzierten und von PlatinumGames entwickelten spektakulären Actiontitel METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGEANCE übernehmen die Spieler die Rolle von Raiden, eine der bekanntesten Figuren des Metal-Gear-Solid-Universums. Raiden bestritt sein erstes Abenteuer in METAL GEAR SOLID 2: SONS OF LIBERTY und erschien als Cyborg Ninja in METAL GEAR SOLID 4: GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS.

In METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGEANCE wird Raiden von seiner Vergangenheit heimgesucht und setzt ein Arsenal verschiedener Waffen – darunter auch seine Hochfrequenz-Klinge – ein, um sich an dem rivalisierenden privaten Militärunternehmen Desperado Enterprises zu rächen und alles zu vernichten, was ihm im Weg steht.
